5/8" to 5mm Stepper Coupler

I'm creating a z-axis for a school project and need a 5/8" rod to 5mm stepper coupler, so I started experimenting with random coupler designs. This is somewhat of a remix, but I pulled parts from several different files, so I couldn't exactly recall whose it was, hence the open license. Hopefully someone else can use this too. If you have any issues, let me know, and I'll update the file as my project comes together to ensure accurate dimensions.
