5/8" to 1/2" Tube Adapter

For those interested, our team developed an adapter that connects a 1/2" tube to a 5/8" tube. We successfully printed and tested it, ensuring a perfect fit. To install, simply press the adapter onto the 5/8" tube while a bushing slides inside. An arbor press is needed for a secure fit. After pressing, slightly ream the inside of the bushing to ensure a 1/2" diameter. Finally, insert the 1/2" tube into the adapter for a strong, adhesive-free joint formed by tube overlap.
