5 & 6 Inch Ducts for Tricopter Mini / Baby, (Fusion 360)

Please use the comments to list what you need as well as the dimensions and other relevant data. 5" (127 mm) Duct for RCexplorer mini / baby Tricopter (https://rcexplorer.se/) For use with 5" Bull nose propellers, HQ 5x4x3 are ideal as I can get gap tolerances < 0.5 mm. Stiff propellers are best to prevent flexing during flight. Motor mount modeled for the Emax RS2205kv motor but should work fine with motors of similar size. Motor mounts can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2577985 Suggest low density, high stiffness print materials to create a duct as light as possible. Most "carbon fiber" composites or "SLS" Nylon (1.14D) is ideal. Keep in mind that the material Density varies from each mfr and process used. IMO "SLS" Nylon (PA or HP-PA) is BEST as it's strong, flexible and relatively cheap to print in comparison to Carbon. Avoid PETG, PLA and ABS as they're just too fragile and tend to separate / warp easily at the layer boundaries. Warping / Separation becomes a huge problem when printing the 6" Ducts due to the duct size and amount of support bracing required. (10/7/2017): Added a stronger but heavier 5" version for those needing something more. Also added better fitting mounting holes for those using a Tricopter. (10/9/2017): Added a 6" version with reinforced ribs / supports, while making the aero-lip hollow to save weight. (10/17/2017): Added 6" version (8) with lift generating supports, both Clockwise (CW) and Counterclockwise (CCW) files have been included depending on your needs. (11/6/2017) Added version designed for use with T-motor F80, features better supports and winglets. (11/9/2017) Added a version for T-motor F80's that's without the side supports. Should be a bit easier to print. Was able to have a test print of these made out of ABS. Unfortunately the print quality was pretty bad and had excessive warping. Hence I was unable to test out the effect of the winglets.
