The design involves printing two idlers with 608 bearings secured using M3 bolts; M8 washers and nuts lock the threaded rod in place. Two right-angle pieces are printed, with M8 nuts inserted into slots and the threaded bar screwed into the bottom hole before being locked off with M8 nuts. The support piece rests on the smooth rods and has the threaded bar passing through two holes near the smooth notches. Three M8 threaded rods (250mm each) raise the reel away from the machine, while a final 200mm rod supports it. This design originally required idler adjustments due to size constraints but has been rectified in the stl file.
