This is a flexible headphone mount for the Rift S designed specifically for Koss PortaPro headset drivers. The Koss PortaPros were initially assumed to be used with the original Rift headset, offering convenience and sound quality that I greatly appreciated. Other 3D printable designs are available to mount the Koss PortaPros on the Rift S with more configuration adjustments. My goal was to create a single-piece pliable design with cable routing features that would simplify the mounting process. Some important notes about the design and fitting: There is a channel to route the cable underneath the mount, which should be done before securing the bottom of the headset. Simply snap over the top mounting piece once the cable has been routed. When test-fitting, use some tape on the headset to protect the plastic from scratches caused by PLA material, which is harder than halo plastic. I added a couple of set screws to hold in place the drivers, but using them is entirely optional. The design includes M1.6 screw holes for those who find it useful. The design includes a brim that should be removed before mounting. Make sure to add some slack to the headset cable to allow for smooth sliding in and out of the mount. Don't hesitate to heat up the part with a hair dryer and mold it to your desired shape if needed. I designed this mount after the Rift S launch, hoping to accommodate these headsets, and any feedback on the design would be greatly appreciated!
