5.25" Bay Headphone Holder
prusaprinters

If you're like me your PC case still has a bunch of 5.25" bays that you have no use for.

So i decided to upgrade the case with a headphone holder for my trusty Sennheiser and of course it's Prusa orang ;).

Print instructions

The print is split into 2 parts that screw into each other so that the entire thing can be printed without supports.

The inside part which goes into the drive bay was a rather tight fit for me (which is actually beneficial because it adds to the rigidity) so if that gives you trouble feel free to adjust the model yourself in fusion 360:

https://a360.co/2GytX63

I do recommend upping the perimeters to 3 on the outside part at the area where the screw starts.

If you want to save a bit of material set the top layers to 0 on the inside part since that will be hidden away inside the case anyway so having exposed infill won't matter.

If you use the 3MF files I've already taken care of both of that for you.

The one in my image was printed on my last bit of Prusa Orange PETG on the MK3 and it came out perfectly.
