5.25 bay adapter for Slim DVD and SSD

I'm pretty close to what you wanted, but I needed to mount the SSD with the Slim optical drive in the same 5.25" bay, so I added holes to attach it to the bottom. Also, none of the screw holes for the slim optical drive lined up with my drive, so I made new ones. I chose slots instead of holes to make it more versatile for different drives. Most of the old holes still work, apparently they're compatible with some drives. The design isn't perfect, but it works well for me. Note that there's no easy way to get a screw into the thin part of the drive, so I designed it to use a large screw and tighten it down enough against the drive to keep from shifting up on that side. The other thick side has slots that line up with two screw holes. I bought a dvdrw drive on eBay for $7 shipped, which was a great deal.
