The following options were employed in order to design a highly customized model, built to run a diesel purge through my PD TDI engine. A precision-designed component was printed out with the help of an ABS-based printer using a brim thickness of 6 millimeters in order to prevent distortion from high temperatures experienced during printing. Using Customizer technology it was successfully generated: http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=158717. With these key options set to ensure top results: connector_type = inline, vault_connector_ratio = 1.8, input_size = .3125 millimeters, outputs = one outlet. output_units = standard units of measure for the US region. output_size = exactly one outlet. vault_support = enabled to produce stable structural reinforcement where it is most needed in this engine application design. Using Customizer: I designed a fuel system connector utilizing an inline setup which featured rounded inlet openings on either end that perfectly accommodate two US input-barbed lines connected via a four-point connection point system to optimize secure connections, making each part interchangeable if the other one fails or deteriorates with use. All four barbed outlet lines will match at one precise point as output for easier identification while minimizing unnecessary complications down stream during operation due its streamlined setup design approach. To increase efficiency by providing excellent structural strength at minimum cost without over complicating it further these dimensions remain optimized to be durable under stress at peak performance but always keep performance on check.
