A 5:1 ratio ogive nosecone is designed to fit snugly within a tube boasting an outer diameter of 41.6mm and an inner diameter of 40.5mm. The nosecone has been expertly divided into three distinct parts, enabling it to be printed on even the smallest print bed. This ingenious design features two main components, with a maximum height of 120mm, alongside a separately printed shoulder section. To facilitate the installation of a plywood bulkhead from within, the shoulder has been carefully separated from the primary nosecone component. This thoughtful design allows for easy integration and subsequent gluing to the rest of the nosecone assembly. Each part is meticulously drawn with a wall thickness of 1.5mm, ensuring precise structural integrity. To provide utmost convenience, separate files have been included for each individual part, as well as a comprehensive file featuring all three components laid out in a single print-ready layout.
