This is a model of the Turbofan Engine for Business Aircraft. This engine class boasts numerous features beyond its large size jet fan design, including smaller size, higher RPM, and lighter weight. These characteristics contribute to complex airflow and configuration. Key features of this model include: ① A full-length fan duct ② A boost stage LP compressor integrated into the fan ③ A single-stage centrifugal HP Compressor (Impeller) ④ A reverse-flow combustion chamber ⑤ Axial stages turbine ⑥ Printable dummy bearings (BRG) are used to reduce costs instead of metal ball bearings Downloadable files include STL Files, totaling 29 items. STL file names with "ws" as the last two digits indicate that they have special support designed. The downloadable images feature parts breakdowns for assembly aid and assembly charts in PDF(ZIP) format. Purchase information includes: Aluminum tubes Micro screws (M1.4x3.5L): approximately 34 each, direct screw-in to a 1mm diameter hole (no nut) Screws (M2 x ***): refer to individual assembly images Assembly points require standard skills such as drilling, tapping, filing, tightening, painting, and gluing, along with perseverance. For clarification of airflow passages, the back side surfaces are painted before assembly. Total net print time is approximately 40 hours (estimated for PLA, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 40% infill, no raft, and support). Note that input-Housing101ws.stl requires around 10 hours to print. Recommended 3D printing settings include: Raft: adjust according to experience Support: adjust according to experience Layer Height: adjust according to experience Infill: recommend 100% for parts with blades/vanes, small shafts, and thin portions.
