This is the Turbofan Engine Thrust Reverser SystemThere are several types of Thrust Reversers, with this being the Pivot Door Type model.It was designed for comparison purposes to the Cascade Vane Type previous design I created.A. Design Considerations: 1. The open/close mechanism of the Pivot Door is critical. 2. A secure attachment between the Turbofan Engine and Pylon Beam must be ensured. 3. This Thrust Reverser model can be easily swapped with my Turbofan Nacelle. 4. However, the control stick cannot be directly connected to the Pivot Doors.B.
