A 90mm Old God bust, in a single piece. the Plinth has a rock like texture, with human skulls around the bottom.  Also, just to avoid confusion, this is not Cthulhu.  I have a Cthulhu sculpt that I'll be working on in the near future, and this guy looks nothing like Cthulhu.  He just has a tentacled mouth.
