I crafted the "Link type" pitch change propeller. Refer to the photo for both type differences. This is the "Gear type" pitch change propeller. A. The following key features were incorporated: (1) Four blades with pitch adjustable by bevel gears, dummy bearings, and anti-icing boots; (2) A pitch change piston moved by screw turning instead of hydraulic power; (3) Two stops - ground fine and feather, eliminating other stops like min stop. B. An assembly manual in PDF format, totaling 14 pages, is provided. It includes parts lists, after-printing treatment instructions, and step-by-step assembly procedures based on standard skills such as drilling, tapping, filing, tightening, painting, and gluing. C. Download files include STL files - 23 items with "ws" of the last two digits indicating "with support," a special design. D. Purchase part information is listed in the assembly manual: ball bearings, screws, M1.4x6 screws, nuts, M3 screws, washers, and AL pipes in φ5 and φ7 diameters. E. Estimated total net print time is approximately 30 hours, assuming PLA material, a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 40% infill, and no raft or support. Note that actual print parameters may vary based on experience. F. Recommended 3D printing settings include raft, support, layer height, and infill. My models were printed using "idbox" with a 0.4 nozzle and 1.75 PLA material. I hope you enjoy making this project!
