This multi-part tool serves as a mold for the layup of composite wheel pants, carefully designed to fit snugly around standard 5.00 x 5" wheels and tires commonly found on midsize high-performance HXB aircraft. The model is cleverly cut into eight sections to accommodate a maximum print bed dimension of 10", allowing users to easily adjust the slicing as needed. Simply let me know if you require a different configuration. Each section features joining pins made of sturdy 3/16" material, ensuring seamless connections.
