[4xiDraw] Belt tension with clamps/pitch (hassle free)

Update 26 August 2016 - Updates to Clamp Edition When applying tension to the belt, it can occur that over time the EndY slips further onto the smooth rods, relaxing the belts again. Therefore I updated to v2. Clamp_tensor_v2.stl and Clamp_EndY_v2.stl have been updated. Clamp_EndY_v2.stl has been extruded by 2mm and that additional space has been made more narrow, preventing the smooth rod from slipping. Holes and slots in Clamp_tensor_v2.stl have been fixed to align now more with the holes and slots from Clamp_EndY_v2.stl Clamp Tension I had trouble with the original belt tension construction. This one should be easy to install. I haven't tested it because the clamp tension seems to work out fine for now.
