Each well is ~15mm in diameter and is about 18.5mm deep. I have not tried printing it yet but you should be able to print the plate face-up as shown in the third picture without the need for supports. The walls of the lid may be too thin to print properly on a FDM printer but it may work if printed at a slower speed.
