I expanded the original design to fit a conventional 4"x6" car audio speaker perfectly, then carefully hollowed out the interior to accommodate the standard dimensions while adding mounting holes for secure installation. Be sure to utilize supports to prevent the inside of the grille from collapsing during the printing process.
