This is an improved custom film holder made for the 4x5 Polaroid backs found in my designs. It's smaller than a standard film holder to fit within the profile of a Polaroid camera. Print the main body, glue felt at the entrance of each film side, then slide on the end and glue it in place. You may need to file the groove and edges for the end to slide on, and you may have to tap it on since it fits tightly. You will need to cut dark slides out of a thin material such as aluminum or vinyl book covers: 102x200mm.
