4x4 Post Caps

Fence or railing post caps for 4" x 4" posts. Two sizes in different designs are available to fit slightly varying post sizes. To accommodate a porch railing with two distinct 4x4s, I designed unique caps for each. Some of the posts measure 92mm square inside, while others measure 88mm square due to their slight size difference, allowing for an extra 0.5mm to account for extrusion width. Two countersunk holes are included in each cap for securing them firmly to the post using #4 flat head wood screws. Print Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 6 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: Not critical, as caps have 2mm thick walls and therefore no infill is necessary.
