I've designed a customizable name plate using Thingiverse's customizer tool to make it simple for anyone to add their name to the sign with various design and font options available in dxf format on BlackRose write fonts. The following parameters have been chosen as defaults: label depth = -0.3 mm, label font = black rose, column count = 4, label height = 8mm, battery diameter = 18.5 mm, gap width between name letters = 0.1 mm, wall thickness = 1.2mm, number of rows on the sign = 1, shape part for this sign to be designed is a base or a rectangle as it provides stability at the bottom with the depth set to 1.2 mm. The overall design takes an internal height of 36mm and there are no visible holes on the sign's exterior as there would normally be due to some names needing longer than the default sign height. Lip around each name row, which sits snug against the previous layer, stands tall at a constant height of two mm. Please make sure the battery type fits the selected diameter properly, also choose the material of your desired base so it can withstand whatever conditions are being placed on this design with a comfortable margin.
