4U 19 inches adapter for 40-type-I profiles

This is a solution to mount 19 inches stuff (4U) under a 40-type-I Aluminum profile ([example at motedis](https://www.motedis.fr/en/Profile-40x40L-I-Type-slot-8)). I've put some focus on following 19" rack standards and also on orienting resistance for heavy equipments (I use it with 2 EPQ304 amplifiers, 4kg each). For the fixation to the 40-type-I profiles, use: - M8 washers (DIN9021xM8) x2 - M8 screw (DIN912 M8x16) x2 - M8 T-nut guided I-type slot 8 ([example at motedis](https://www.motedis.fr/en/T-nut-guided-I-type-slot-8-M8)) x2 For the fixations for the rack units, use cage nuts as usual for rack equipments.
