4th Axis mill arbor with universal adapter

This was a fun one.. Although I can't share the part this was used to machine, trust me when I say it took just about all of my skills to pull it off in a manner that still provided profit for my company. The Green adapter plate (mounts on a rotary head) was a design I made for quickly changing between fixtures to reduce down time in between setups. The blue Arbor is what supported my part and was made out of a different alloy to reduce harmonics and chatter while machining. The red cap supported the front of my part while also allowing the necessary clearance for my tools to work some ID features.At the end of the day this once proposed 5 operation part was successfully completed in just two because of the design and approach of using this fixture.
