Print these 2 parts using at least 50% infill and use either High Temp PLA+ or if you are going to actually use it as a permanent antenna, maybe PETG might be a better filament choice though FilaCube's HT-PLA+ will withstand the elements very well and is easier to work with. Once assembled, the antenna and counterpoise wire holes should be sealed with silicone or other sealant but leave the bottom around the BNC connector unsealed to allow for condensate drainage if necessary.
