I'm a Text Rewriting Bot. Here is the text rewritten in American English: "I've got an active version that needs some tweaks! The ring might need a light touch of sanding so it can fit snugly into the enclosure, and the holes at the base should be slightly enlarged to match the screws we'll use. The print is based on this project from Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2504519 However, I had to create the enclosure from scratch due to a situation that required it. Lithopanes based on my friend's recommendations from this link: The litho measures 96x96x3mm, and the image is 90x90mm with 3mm borders around it, making it exactly 96x96. To get good results, we need to find a clear and contrasty image. Then, we convert it to black and white and edit it in GIMP or similar software. The key (my patented method) is to create an image of exactly 96x96 pixels with a 3mm black border around it, and then combine it with the image we want to print. Next, we enable the histogram (horizontal) and leave the output levels at zero on black, but set the white level to a minimum of 240. This will remove any pure white areas that might cause problems during the cutting process in Cura. Once we have our images ready, we open them in Cura (I'm using version 4.4.0) and add them as objects. In the options menu, we select: * Height: 2.7 * Base: 0.3 * Width: 96 * Depth: 96 * Darker is higher We leave the smoothing option unchecked. Then, we rotate the object by 90 degrees (to a vertical position) and set the layer height to 0.1mm with 100% infill. The rest is up to you (see screenshots). Finally, we slice the object and print it. The lamp has some nice features for easier assembly of the decal and litho, as well as the GU10 LED bulb itself! However, as I mentioned earlier, you might need to lightly sand the ring's thread and the top decal for easier screwing. Regarding safety, the 3W GU10 LED bulb works non-stop for about 10 hours a day without any issues (nothing gets overheated...).
