4S-6S LiPo 5V Regulator + Low Voltage Cutoff
prusaprinters

A simple enclosure for a 5V regulator with 5A max output and a low voltage cutoff circuit intended for 4S-6S LiPo batteries, but it will work with input voltages anywhere from 12-36V. The low voltage cutoff can also be bypassed by plugging a 5-36V power source directly into the barrel plug jack on the 5V regulator. The enclosure is 4 printed pieces sandwiched together with 4 M3x30 bolts to make it easy to print.

I recommend printing this out of something other than black filament. The black case, wires hanging out, and LED display tends to make people in public nervous. A colorful case makes it look more benign.

The boards are a snug fit in the enclosure so some filing/sanding of the boards or enclosure may be needed depending on the actual size of the electronics you receive.

To build this you will need:

1x 12-36V adjustable low voltage cutoff board

1x 5-36V to 5V step down regulator

1x XT-60 pigtail

4x M3x30 socket head cap screws

4x M3 nuts

~100mm of 20 gauge wire
