I built a 4S battery pack using four 18650 Sony Konion US18650VTC6 cells to boost my quadcopter's flight time. This design prioritizes reliability, lightness, and cooling systems that keep batteries cool during flights. Specifications: - Minimum capacity: 3000mAh - Voltage: 16.8V at full charge / around 10V when low - Maximum continuous discharge current: 5C/10C (15A/30A) with an 80°C temperature cutoff - Discharge current vs. time: Up to 30A-40A in under 44 seconds, 55A in 19 seconds, and 80A in just six seconds - Weight: 230 grams
