Runs 1.75mm filament smoothly through a normal pass-thru 4mm PTFE push fitting on one end, and a 6mm push connect on the other, with a ramp that feeds 1.75mm filament cleanly into the smaller PTFE. Used for running large 6mm PTFE tube for reverse bowden or drybox down to a BMG-M that only accepts a 4mm PTFE connector. The bigger PTFE tube results in less drag on the filament, and it stands up better than a 4mm tube. Both sides have an M10 1.0 thread. Many 6mm PTFE connectors are actually NPT threaded, but this one fits perfectly anyway.
