I created a remix of the Wanhao PTFE_Filament_Guide_and_Sponge_Cleaner_V2 found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2685750. I increased the hole size to accommodate a 4 mm PTFE tube and screwed in an old E3D-V6 clone bowden coupler (available at https://www.gearbest.com/3d-printer-parts/pp_613793.html) for a snug fit on the tube.
