4mm OD bowden tube beveling jig for use with single edge razors.

This device resembles a parent component but serves a single edge razor installation until replacement is necessary. Required materials include: 1x M2 6mm long countersunk screw 1x M2 nut 1x Single edge razor blade To assemble the device, follow these steps: 1. Position one side slot on the blade in the pin within the blade channel near the tip and use it as a hinge to seat the blade. 2. Rotate the blade until the center hole aligns with the screw hole. 3. Hold the M2 nut in place while screwing in the M2 countersunk screw; do not tighten yet. 4. Move the blade towards the tip as far as possible, then tighten the screw. **Why was an M2 used?** I had a surplus of M2 parts from another completed project and assumed M3 screws would be too large for my blades' holes, so I opted for the smaller size. **What makes this device preferable to others?** It appears safer than relying on an external knife that could become dislodged, and you never have to search for a separate blade since it's built-in.
