I required a bit holder to securely store just a few 4mm hex bits within my toolbox. I discovered the ideal size was approximately 4.15mm for the hex holes, providing easy access to the bits. However, it is somewhat challenging to retrieve the bits from this location, so I may create one with greater spacing in the future; yet, that would compromise storage efficiency. Due to manufacturing tolerances, some bits might not fit easily into a 4.15mm hole. To address this issue, I added a block with a 4.2mm hole for added versatility. I also created a 3D printable version of the bit holder, designed to click seamlessly onto an ERNST socket organizer. This feature allows users to safely store their tiny hex bits within their toolbox, keeping them organized and easily accessible.
