I wanted to build my own little Bowden tube cutter, this is the result. The hole is very narrow to keep the tube as straight as possible. The slot for a cutter knife (for a 0.4mm thick blade) is also narrow and high, so that the blade is as straight as possible in every direction. The STL model is made for a 0.2mm layer thickness, printed with PLA. I liked the design, the surface shape is ideal for a filament printer and looks very good.
