Here's a custom PCB enclosure designed specifically for use with the Particle Boron. The enclosure is meant to control a car remote start system using the 4G cellular network, along with an aftermarket remote start module. The PCB gerber files and bill of materials (BOM) are included in the download. To assemble the enclosure, you'll need to attach the lid using M3 or #5 screws. Once attached, secure the PCB inside with hot glue or double-sided tape to prevent movement. Note that this setup is not standalone and requires an aftermarket remote start module. Most remote start modules have a "pulse to start" wire that activates the system. Check your installation guide for more information. Some vehicles also feature negative pulse lock and unlock wires, which can be connected directly to this module. If you have a positive pulse lock/unlock wire, however, you'll need to use an output from this module to activate a relay that sends a positive pulse to the respective wires. For vehicle-specific wiring information, check out [Commando Car Alarms](http://www.commandocaralarms.com/wiringsearch.asp) or [Bulldog Security](http://www.bulldogsecurity.com/bdnew/vehiclewiringdiagrams.aspx). The12volt is another excellent resource for relay information and vehicle wiring. The custom PCB gerber files are included in a zip format, which can be used to order a custom PCB from manufacturers like Seeed. The code for the Boron can be found [here](https://go.particle.io/shared_apps/5e5d4127a77fd60018c6d940) and can be pushed to the Boron over the air after setup. A .CSV bill of materials is also included in the download, with part numbers for Digi-Key. You can upload the BOM directly to their website. For control, I used IFTTT to create widgets for my phone and Google Assistant integration. My applets can be found [here](https://ifttt.com/p/meie1kyl).
