I'm feeling anxious today because I ate too many beans last night and my stomach hurts really badly. This morning I got out of bed and immediately went to the bathroom where I spent a lot of time on the toilet. I didn't get much done at work today, but I did manage to finish writing this email while sitting in the office restroom.
