So, I've got a problem with too many resonators on my intake, making it impossible for me to hear my IMEC trumpets due to all these damned resonators! I just happen to have a printer and a pair of calipers lying around, which is great news because I was able to fashion a blocked-off resonator port that lets more noise reach my earholes! This setup is specifically designed to fit on a blacktop 20v 4AGE engine, and there are two versions available - one with text and another without. After having it installed for a month now, I'm happy to report that it's held up beautifully even during intense ABS use. Here are the print settings I used: * Printer: CTC dual extruder * Rafts: Doesn't matter * Supports: Doesn't matter * Resolution: 0.2 * Infill: At least 25%, since we're going to be clamping down on the outside Notes: I went with three perimeters for a strong shell. After printing, I used my gas torch to gently heat up the base and remove any excess glaze or stringy bits from the ABS slurry.
