$49 BOM Qidi Tech X-one + Xone 2 bondtech BMG V6

This is a kit to fit a Bondtech BMG dual gear extruder with an E3D V6 or E3D volcano hotend on the E3D V6 heatsink, of course. To upgrade, you'll need the specified parts and a cartridge style K-type thermocouple to replace the M4 screw style K-type thermocouple. This version utilizes the stock stepper motor :). The total cost is $47-$49 depending on the timeframe. Included in the download are some F3D files for those who want to edit this themselves, but it will be a $20 fee if you need me to modify the design to work with say a Slice Mosquito or a Titan extruder. A commercial license can be granted and would only be $115, allowing use on as many printers as desired. The idea is that if you're making money off my design, it's not cool taking my hard work for free and profiting from it. This applies to 3D printer farm owners. As for the Bill of Materials (BOM), a few non-3D printed items are required, which can be sourced from Triangle-labs. They offer high-quality products with German CNC and manufacturing processes. Check out their new design, Titan Aqua, and Bondtech merge: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000183071905.html? Those who scorn them for using another company's design should consider that their product is an improvement, utilizing all-german CNC and manufacturing processes. If you're a bowden user, they offer a stock bowden adapter that surpasses the E3D one. Their injection molded nylon 6 parts are stronger than the SLS printed Bondtech ones. I'd rather not purchase some Bondtech and E3D products due to their low quality. Here's a link to Triangle-labs' mirrored BMG extruder, get the "left" version for $35: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32993081695.html? And here's a link to their E3D V6 for $12.50: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32844313509.html? You'll need to ream the heater block to fit the stock heater cartridge, or contact me if you want to use a new one. The last item needed is a K-type thermocouple inside a 3x15mm cartridge. I chose a cheap chinese option, but it may be a mistake due to its simplicity. E3D also sells them, here are some options: Cheap chinese $2: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32857007349.html? E3D, USA $16: https://www.matterhackers.com/store/l/e3d-type-k-thermocouple-cartridge/sk/MNXPV29Z E3D, EU: https://e3d-online.com/type-k-thermocouple-cartridge For the tube that goes into the hotend, I recommend Capricorn because they charge a reasonable price and have slightly superior product: Capricorn $12: https://www.captubes.com/shop/#!/1-Meter-XS-Low-Friction-1-75mm-Bowden-Tubing/p/82190682/category=23214267 Triangle-labs $3: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32811240720.html?
