I got a lot of 48VF LiIon batteries. I wanted to be able to use them for other tasks, e.g. power supply for a bluetooth boom box. In addition you will need two solderable metal fins ( 7x1mm profile) for contacting the batteres and cable. If you print these things in the orientation as the STLs are delivered, you will not need any supprt. The hexagonal hole allows the battery to be loaded while the adapter is attached.
