I have almost stripped off all of the tooth's on the original spur gear, so I made this while I still could make a replica. I have printed one already, and it fits. I have driven it approximately 15 min, until the battery pack disconnected from the recever and it drove at full speed in to a car, the rc car needs some work after the crash, but the gear is fine, so I think the printed gear is reliable.
