I bought a case of LED conversion lamps to upgrade some fluorescent lamps with defective ballasts. The lamps worked so well I wanted to use more of them but I didn't have any more old lamps to convert. You can buy sockets that are inexpensive but they are designed for a special snap in mount and since I didn't have any more of them I made this conversion adapter. These lamps use mains voltage so all safety precautions apply. Be safe, find a trained person to help you if you are not qualified to work on mains voltages.
