47mm threaded hose adapters

I bought flexible hose from a store, which I used as dust extraction for my sander and bandsaw, and needed an adapter that would fit them perfectly. To accomplish this task, I designed a custom hose clamp and mounting fixture to attach the hose under my workbench, allowing me to easily insert the hose from my vacuum cleaner when necessary. The flexible hose I purchased was 47mm in outer diameter and 40mm in inner diameter, specifically made for Koi ponds that I bought on Ebay. The external ribbing features a 9mm pitch thread pattern, which I replicated by creating adapters that simply screw onto the end of the hose. The hose clamp also screws into position and securely clamps the hose when tightened. These adapters are not completely airtight as they stand alone, but applying some silicone during assembly would likely provide an adequate seal. The outer diameter of the adapter is 40mm, making it compatible with waste plumbing compression fittings, while the inner diameter accommodates my 35mm vacuum hose end perfectly.
