46hp 4u Eurorack Modular Case

PLA works really good but keep an eye on warping due to the massive size of this print (especially when printing PETG). Gluestick on the corners of the print bed works great. For mounting your modules please use 2.9mm sheet metal screws. They are quite common and the bore (2.4mm) was designed for this type of screws. I like to use M3 nylon washers as well. The screws will cut a thread into the case and after using mine for quite some time I can't see any wear. I print with a Prusa mk3s with 0.3mm/Draft settings and it takes 22h to print a case. Important: Some power modules need a metal case for heat transfer (for example uZeus). I am using Endorphin.es 2hp power. Case works best with some stickers on it. Enjoy PS: Will upload some smaller cases as well. Stay tuned.
