For more information, check out the project's YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gnL0r0tSVdk Building instructions: Print all parts and then gather materials. You'll need a lens from Google Cardboard, a black marker, and thin black cardboard. Press fit the glass lens into the glass holder using a small amount of super glue if necessary. Next, cut out a 29mm diameter circle. Punch a 5mm hole in the center of the circle to create the aperture. If you printed the main body part with black PLA, skip the next step. If not, use a black sharpie and black cardboard to cover the interior; this prevents light from bouncing around. Disclaimer: This lens is not designed for everyday use due to its bulkiness, difficulty in focusing, and inferior image quality. Building one serves an educational purpose, allowing you to learn about lenses and optics while gaining a deeper understanding of camera functions. You'll be proud of creating your own lens! If you have questions, send me a message! Good luck!
