The circle bearing has a circle cut out and the dimensions are as follows, 15mm inner diameter 45mm outer diameter 7.5mm height The square bearing has a square cut out in the middle dimensions and are as follows, 12mm by 12mm square cut out 45mm outer diameter 7.5mm height I recommend at least %30-35 infill as that is what I used and it easily supports 500g and more if needed. Print with a raft. The raft doesn't have to be huge, printing on a raft makes the balls print more spherically. I also included the fushion360 file with no cut out so you can edit it as needed.
