45ACP Dummy Round Insert

Simple insert for fire 45ACP brass to make dummy training ammo. Remove the FIRED primer from a SPENT case with a punch, then add some hot glue inside the case and press the insert in. This should ooze some hot glue out of the primer end filling up the primer cavity. Let it dry then trim flush with a razor blade. This will cushion the firing pin and retain the insert. Design is for max cartridge length, so if your gun will cycle this in spent brass, it'll cycle anything. Check your dimensions against the SAAMI spec in the picture. Step file is included. Designed in imperial measurements. I print mine with at least 5 walls and about 30% cubic infill, but you can do whatever you like.
