my latest attempt at 3d printed boost, this time it looks like this should work .this version has no machining other than drilling and tapping holes . this is the first prototype of this design and will have an updated version in the future ,successfully produced boost on a gx200 for a short period of timea larger than stock carb required when using a draw through system .( I haven't figured out exactly what carb yet)rotors may require fitting to each other take material from the middle of the rotors not the outer edge . requires 6x 608 bearingsm4x16 (12pc)main body( inner set requires 16mm outer can be longer)m4x8(8pc)bearing coverm4x20 (4pc)shaft cross boltsm4x12(12pc) port adaptersome 8mm shafting or tubing 3pc ( 2pc 103mm) (1pc 60mm or to fit your needs ).4560 stands for 45mm x 60mm rotorscurrently using strait rotors .YouTube video : https://youtu.be/kyWpu84BoUIupdate : repaired flange parallel issue on carb adapter
