I designed and printed a 450mm travel guitar based on Sergey225's blueprint (available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1845550), only to discover that the original designer intended it for Russian standard size tuners. I acquired a set of semi-enclosed tuners from Aliexpress for £2.51, but the ferrules were significantly too small for the mounting holes, so I created custom replacements that fit precisely. The printing process utilized PLA at 0.3 layer height.
