I conceptualized this 450-battery container, driven by sequential cycling within a batch of batteries and storage optimization. Metric hardware facilitates the embedded M4 bolt's tight grasp on the clamp for secure storage. For 1S lipo batteries, the battery channel measures 63x20mm in cross-section. Bolt: A 7mm hex head M4x25 bolt provides a sturdy foundation. Nut: An M4 nut complements the bolt perfectly. All components are fabricated from PLA. The print body is solid with supports for added stability. Knobs feature a 3mm brim, 30-40% infill density, and no supports. Clamps and plates boast a 30-40% infill density as well, sans supports.
