I am a vinyl record nut and wanted this as an art piece for my record listening area. How I Designed This Just took a photo of one of my adapters and used online convert to convert it to an STL file. Then I imported it into tinkercad and made some adjustments. It's set as 2mm thickness feel free to make it as thick as you want. I then used cura to slice it and it turned out pretty slick.
