45° edgeblend with drilling machine and cylindrical burnish/sanding inserts

This is designed to smooth out 90° edges using a drilling machine and a sandpaper flap disk with 30mm diameter, 15mm height, and 6mm shaft. A second model is positioned and cut for easy printing. Apply some lubricant before use. This thing helped me give several wooden boards in the kids' room an even finish.
