I made a 45 degree stand that I've superglued onto the bottom of the excellent case by nlapenn -> https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4922256/files It means the macropad can stand infront and above the keyboard for use by either hand, and a great view of the screen. I scaled to 60mm wide to fit the back of the case. I printed with the top face that you glue, facing down onto the bed to give the smooth face.
