To install 12mm LEDs at a 45-degree angle, you'll need these components: an Adafruit LED Strip Controller (available for $17 on eBay), an Arduino Nano ($8 on eBay), 25 3D printed LED mounting brackets per LED, and 26 inches of 3M Velcro tape cut into 1-inch squares. Additionally, you'll need an Arduino Nano enclosure from Thingiverse, mounted with two 1x0.5-inch Velcro tape strips. For software, use Lightpack on your PC and Adalight on the Arduino.
